Benoit AVERLY

Benoît Averly lives and works in Burgundy where he creates in a refined spirit works in wood with subtle contrasts, playing with light, lines and textures. Inspired by nature and architecture, he nourishes his creations with his photographic work during his travels, in search of a rhythm and a calm balance.
He started creating with wood as a child, and works it in simple shapes, rarely smooth, most often covered with effects of materials, textures or repetitive patterns… It sometimes evokes other materials.

His work is instinctive, and his creations are intended to be peaceful. They are prized by many interior designers around the world and take place in luxurious interiors (private residences, hotels, boats, airports, etc.)
